Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business operations.
- Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of 11-15 people to ensure effective execution of business plans.
- Financial Management: Establish and maintain financial controls, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Professional Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to support business growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with expertise in MS Office, MS Access, and MS Excel.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
- Competitive Salary: $100,001 - $500,000 per year.
- Benefits: Parking available, permanent employment, and 35 hours of work per week.
- Language: English.
