Operations Manager

Benz Freight Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our transportation company, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions
- Oversee the operation of the company
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- 5-10 years of experience in operations management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with database management and MS Office
