Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at JSP Insurance & Financial Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Establish and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
- Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to achieve organizational objectives.
- Represent the organization in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing teams, budgets, and projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Regular travel may be required.
