","li": "Hire and train new food service staff to meet the needs of our growing restaurant

","li": "Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and budgeting

","li": "Prepare and submit reports to management on restaurant performance and areas for improvement

","li": "Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations

","li": "Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service

","li": "Establish and maintain a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication

","li": "Maintain knowledge of our restaurant's culinary genres and menu offerings to provide exceptional customer service

","li": "Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and walking as needed

","li": "Maintain a high level of flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our restaurant
