Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain profitability.
  • Develop and implement budget plans to determine the cost of food, ingredients, and supplies.
  • Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant's budget.
  • Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure profitability.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
  • Recruit and hire new staff members as needed.
  • Set and manage staff work schedules.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
