About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Product Development: Work with our team to develop and implement new product lines and promotions, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the bakery, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage our supply chain, ensuring that we have a reliable and efficient system in place for sourcing and delivering ingredients and equipment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our bakery operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as business or hospitality, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a bakery or food service management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
