Land Development Project Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Land Development Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management of land development contracts, schedules, and budgets to ensure serviced land is delivered on time and under budget.
As a key member of our team, you will assist with tendering, evaluating, and administering earthworks, site servicing, road, and landscaping contracts. You will also help develop servicing schedules to support house construction commencement and commitments to home closing dates.
This comprehensive role requires strong analytical, research, and report writing skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will work closely with contractors, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure coordination and communication on project sites.
The ideal candidate will have one to two years of previous development or construction experience, a post-secondary education in engineering or a related field, and a valid G driver's license. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and contract administration is also required.
In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
