At Marshall Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Engineering Project Coordinator in Ottawa, ON to support our Land Systems business lines. This role is responsible for undertaking specific engineering work packages to meet requirements, schedule, and cost.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the design and implementation of engineering/technical solutions through execution of allocated engineering tasks, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  2. Coordinate with other disciplines to enable the development of design solutions in line with Systems Engineering principles, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  3. Contribute to the development of relevant budgets and technical resources as they relate to programs in design development and manufacturing.
  4. Monitor systems, processes, and practices within technical areas to identify opportunities for improvement, driving continuous growth and innovation.
  5. Fulfill technical project roles as assigned by the functional lead, working closely with the Project Manager and Project Technical Lead to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:
  1. An appropriate Engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace etc.) from an accredited university.
  2. Professional designation (P. Eng.) is an asset.
  3. Significant project engineering management or related technical experience, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge and experience managing tasks and information in an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance environment.
  5. Ability to communicate and write clear technical and business reports in English; proficiency in French is an asset.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications.
  7. Available for occasional travel – both domestically and internationally.
  8. Must be eligible to meet the requirements of export control regulations, including the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and Canadian government security requirements.
