Fuze HR is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Excellence and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving procurement excellence and operational efficiency across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and processes to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize procurement opportunities
  • Lead and support the implementation of procurement and operational initiatives
  • Provide subject matter expertise on procurement and operational processes and procedures
  • Identify and facilitate continuous improvement opportunities to drive operational excellence
  • Manage and support operational procurement audit compliance activities
  • Provide input into systems settings and configurations
  • Assist with complex purchasing and procurement escalations
  • Conceptualize and prototype ideas to drive innovation and process improvement

Requirements

  • University degree in business or information technology
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement operational procurement, technology management, or process management
  • Experience with procurement requisition and procure to pay systems and processes
  • Experience in leading or supporting value improvement programs utilizing lean or agile project methodologies
  • Business level fluency in English (German may be beneficial for certain positions)
