Fuze HR is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Excellence and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving procurement excellence and operational efficiency across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and processes to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize procurement opportunities
- Lead and support the implementation of procurement and operational initiatives
- Provide subject matter expertise on procurement and operational processes and procedures
- Identify and facilitate continuous improvement opportunities to drive operational excellence
- Manage and support operational procurement audit compliance activities
- Provide input into systems settings and configurations
- Assist with complex purchasing and procurement escalations
- Conceptualize and prototype ideas to drive innovation and process improvement
Requirements
- University degree in business or information technology
- 5+ years of experience in procurement operational procurement, technology management, or process management
- Experience with procurement requisition and procure to pay systems and processes
- Experience in leading or supporting value improvement programs utilizing lean or agile project methodologies
- Business level fluency in English (German may be beneficial for certain positions)
