Job Details
We are seeking a qualified occupational therapist to join our team at Lifemark St. Catharines Physiotherapy Centre. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a stable caseload with flexibility to integrate pre-existing clients. You will work independently and as part of a team, using your skills and experience to deliver exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with inter-professional teams
  • Participating in case conferences and contributing to case management
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
  • Registration (member in good standing) with Ontario's provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Solid experience in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological (mTBI), and mental health conditions
  • Experience in Occupational and Veterans Rehabilitation and Mental Health is a significant asset
  • Ability to be self-directed and autonomous, working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize, manage self-scheduling, and meet reporting deadlines
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
  • Excellent oral, written, and report-writing skills
  • Proficiency with computers and new technology
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
