Job Description

We're seeking an Occupational Therapist with experience in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological (mTBI), and mental health conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, managing cases funded by WSIB, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • A diverse caseload with assessment and treatment of clients funded by WSIB with complex musculoskeletal, TBI and mental health challenges
  • Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Managing caseload in a fast-paced multidisciplinary work environment
  • Participating in case conferences and case management

Requirements

  • Registration (member in good standing) with Ontario's provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Solid experience in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological (mTBI), and mental health conditions
  • Ability to be self-directed and autonomous, working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent oral, written, and report-writing skills
