Pharmacy Supply Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Penetang Apothecaries Ltd. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized inventory of supplies and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Workflow: Assist with scheduling and workflow to ensure efficient operations.
- Supply Management: Maintain a clean and organized inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Ordering and Procurement: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or drugstore setting.
- Work Setting: Pharmacy or drugstore.
- Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, work under pressure, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and walking.
- Accurate: Maintain accurate records and inventory levels.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Dependability: Demonstrate reliability and dependability in maintaining a well-stocked and organized inventory.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Judgement: Use sound judgement in making decisions related to inventory management and customer service.
- Organized: Maintain a clean and organized workspace and inventory.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Initiative: Take initiative to improve processes and procedures.
- Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and dependability in maintaining a well-stocked and organized inventory.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
