We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Penetang Apothecaries Ltd.
Job Summary:The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked pharmacy, ensuring efficient inventory management, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and store supplies, and perform regular stock checks.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Order supplies and equipment, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
- Work Setting: Pharmacy or drugstore.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, judgement, organized, team player, flexibility, and initiative.
The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive tasks and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
