We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Penetang Apothecaries Ltd.
Job Summary:The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked pharmacy, ensuring efficient inventory management, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and store supplies, and perform regular stock checks.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Order supplies and equipment, manage delivery schedules, and ensure timely receipt of shipments.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Work Setting: The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, interacting with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Supervision: The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a senior pharmacy staff member and will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, work under pressure, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, judgment, organized, team player, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 36 to 40 hours per week.
- English Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
