Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Penetang Apothecaries Ltd. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Workflow Management: Assist in scheduling and coordinating pharmacy workflow to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.
- Supply Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of pharmacy supplies, including ordering and receiving new stock as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all pharmacy equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain accurate records of pharmacy inventory, including tracking stock levels and identifying areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Pharmacy or drugstore
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, work under pressure, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, walking
