We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Brampton. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and staying up-to-date on product information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
- Accurately record customer interactions, sales, and other relevant data.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and sales incentives to effectively communicate with customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.
- Assist with vehicle inventory management, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring a clean and organized showroom.
- Perform other duties as required to support the sales team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Valid OMVIC certification.
- 2+ years of automotive sales experience required.
- Commercial sales experience preferred.
- Experience working in a high-volume dealership environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with OneEighty software considered an asset.
- Works well with a team as well as individually.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable using technology.
