About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l'Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including timelines and milestones.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Manage project documentation, including reports, minutes, and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in French language.
