Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our team. As an Esthetician at Hand & Stone, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing customized facials and skincare treatments. Your expertise and passion for skincare will be essential in delivering exceptional results and promoting our professional skincare products.

Responsibilities
  • Client Service
    • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring a warm and inviting experience.
    • Greet clients with a smile and offer personalized attention to their skincare needs.
  • Skincare Expertise
    • Explain treatment options to clients and offer recommendations for customized facials and skincare products.
    • Prescribe professional skincare products and promote our exclusive lifestyle membership program.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless client experiences and efficient operations.
    • Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to maintain accurate client records.
Qualifications
  • Education
    • Esthetic diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills
    • Knowledge of skincare lines and products.
    • Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset.
    • Outstanding and discreet customer service skills.
    • Schedule flexibility.
    • Strong team player.
