Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our team. As an Esthetician at Hand & Stone, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing customized facials and skincare treatments. Your expertise and passion for skincare will be essential in delivering exceptional results and promoting our exclusive lifestyle membership program.

Responsibilities
  • Client Service
    • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring a warm and inviting experience.
    • Greet clients with a smile and offer personalized attention to their skincare needs.
  • Treatment Delivery
    • Explain treatment options to clients and offer recommendations for add-ons and product purchases.
    • Customize facials to meet the individual needs of each client.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare products and trends.
    • Make informed recommendations to clients on product purchases and facial frequency.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless client experiences.
    • Communicate effectively with the Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep client records up-to-date.
Qualifications
  • Education
    • Esthetic diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills
    • Knowledge of skincare lines and products.
    • Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset.
    • Outstanding customer service skills.
    • Schedule flexibility.
    • Strong team player.
