Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Side by Side ABA Therapy. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families, delivering evidence-based interventions in the children's home.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments in a home setting to identify areas of need and develop treatment plans.
- Design and implement evidence-based interventions using standardized assessment tools and clinical expertise.
- Engage with clients, families, and caregivers to address client-centered goals and provide coaching and support.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide evidence-based assessment and intervention using SMART goals.
- Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with Autism.
- Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Proof of professional liability insurance.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work.
- ADP authorizer status is an asset.
- Flexible hours and scheduling.
- Weekly pay.
- Minimal travel time between clients.
- Ongoing support, learning, and room to grow both professionally and financially.
