About the Job:
This Administrative Associate – Underwriting will be an integral part of our Ontario Mutual Automobile Plan (OMAP) team, providing essential administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Organize and maintain various sources of information
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist in maintaining underwriting policies
  • Support the development of new products and services

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business or a related field
  • Working towards completion of the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
  • Minimum one year's experience in an Underwriting or Claims-related role
  • Prior auto insurance experience is an asset

Salary and Benefits:$62,000 per annum, plus benefits, including employer-paid pension plan and comprehensive health insurance.
