Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Project Team, you will play a central role in supporting our Client Continuous Improvement Initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Project and Quality Team in establishing continuous improvement activities to analyze and improve processes.
  • Interface with customers to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the criticality assessment of sub-systems to ensure the right level of continuous improvement, safety, and quality assurance.
  • Guide project teams in understanding CI contributions to the project.
  • Animate and coordinate project CI activities with subsystems.
  • Provide CI awareness on CI activities planned for the project and organize quality trainings as needed.
  • Support project audits, reviews, and approval of vendor quality systems and audits compliance in the context of CI.
  • Support teams in visual management concept and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with a management background.
  • Experience in managing CI tools and problem-solving tools.
  • Awareness of processes and CI projects delivered.
  • Fluent in English.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the railway industry (norms, certifications) would be an asset.
  • Master's degree in engineering.
  • Experience in CI/Project Management/Quality/Audit are appreciated.
