Process Improvement Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Project Team, you will play a central role in supporting our Client Continuous Improvement Initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Project and Quality Team in establishing continuous improvement activities to analyze and improve processes.
- Interface with customers to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the criticality assessment of sub-systems to ensure the right level of continuous improvement, safety, and quality assurance.
- Guide project teams in understanding CI contributions to the project.
- Animate and coordinate project CI activities with subsystems.
- Provide CI awareness on CI activities planned for the project and organize quality trainings as needed.
- Support project audits, reviews, and approval of vendor quality systems and audits compliance in the context of CI.
- Support teams in visual management concept and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with a management background.
- Experience in managing CI tools and problem-solving tools.
- Awareness of processes and CI projects delivered.
- Fluent in English.
Desirable
- Knowledge of the railway industry (norms, certifications) would be an asset.
- Master's degree in engineering.
- Experience in CI/Project Management/Quality/Audit are appreciated.
