Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Royal Paan Regina. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Team Leadership: Hire food service staff, and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of our food service operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
