Job Summary

Chats Vietnamese is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
