Job Title: Nursing Care Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Support Worker to join our team at Essence Health Services Inc. As a Nursing Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Support clients with mobility issues, including walking, standing, and transferring
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
