Job Summary:The Nursing Care Support Worker will provide high-quality care and support to our patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including their living spaces and equipment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
- Immunization records, Vulnerable sector check, and Tuberculosis test.
