About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Care Support Worker to join our team at 2777648 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including walking, standing, and bending
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the care team
  • Participate in care planning and implementation, ensuring residents' needs are met
  • Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-6 months of experience in a nursing home or similar setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending
