We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Support Worker to join our team at Essence Health Services Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Nursing Care: Provide nursing care to patients, including administering medications, changing wound dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking supplies.
- Transportation: Safely transport patients to and from appointments, activities, and other destinations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Certifications: First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate.
- Language: English.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 45 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
