Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

About the Role:

Collabera is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for all aspects of the business analyst process from end to end, including user requirements, implementation strategy, user training, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with stakeholders to clarify and define software feature requirements
* Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing issues, defining opportunities for business process improvements, and making recommendations
* Develop and manage comprehensive project plans
* Act as a resource in the exchange of technical information with project teams, the business, and outside vendors

Requirements:

* Business or Technology related Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
* Good understanding of technology, specifically email flow and SaaS technologies
* Demonstrated project management skills
* Requirements gathering / strong research skills and able to distill information down into a consumable form
* Ability to perform analyses and synthesize information and make recommendations
* Ability to collaborate between and with technical and non-technical departments
* Minimum three years of work experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Possess good critical thinking skills and initiative to investigate and resolve issues with minimal supervision
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
* Knowledgeable in IT, especially in Email technology such as email encryption and SaaS
