Job Description:

As a Senior Mortgage Banking Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, branch teams, and customers to build a pipeline of new mortgage business.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Marketing and Sales Programs: Develop and execute effective marketing and sales programs to drive business results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Experience: Typically between 3-5 years of experience in mortgage banking or a related field.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth Knowledge: In-depth understanding of mortgage lending processes, applicable regulatory requirements, and personal banking products.
  • Certifications: Credit qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to credit portfolio requirements and qualification standards.
