Agricultural Products Inspection Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Products Inspection Supervisor to join our team at Great Northern Hydroponics. As an Agricultural Products Inspection Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our agricultural products. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections of agricultural products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality control issues
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control activities
- 5+ years of experience in agricultural products inspection or quality control
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
