About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Social Analyst to work closely with the Senior Performance Analyst and serve as the primary point of contact for performance metrics, including organic and paid social, social listening, SEO, video, and content.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analytics reporting, a deep understanding of digital media landscapes, and outstanding presentation skills. They must be able to transform data into actionable insights and make informed recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced analytics dashboards and analyze data related to content pillars, social conversations, trends, audience insights, and brand KPIs.
- Deliver timely and accurate social media reports for various brands and campaigns across all key channels.
- Provide personalized support to individuals for social media tools and offer additional support to the team as needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience in agency performance analytics, digital strategy, or SMM roles.
- A proven track record of writing in-depth, actionable insights based on data and transforming them into recommendations for brands, creative teams, and strategy teams.
- Extensive reporting experience on channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and Twitter.
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Khoros, Talkwalker, etc.
- Candidates with CPG experience are preferred but not required.
- Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, paid social business manager accounts, and Google Ad accounts.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including CRM, SEO, SEM, programmatic, social, mobile, and video.
