Job Description
The Social Analyst will be a key member of our team, responsible for providing data-driven insights to drive business growth. This includes analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Analysis: Build dashboards and analyze data related to content pillars, social conversations, trends, and audience insights.
  2. Social Media Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest social and digital media trends, best practices, and technologies.
  3. Social Planning: Work with the strategy team to set benchmarks, KPIs, and goals for briefs and campaigns.
  4. Social Playbook Support: Ensure brand playbooks reflect up-to-date brand and channel goals.
