Job Responsibilities

The Regional Director will lead the management of successful membership recruitment initiatives, develop relationships with members, and oversee the implementation of strategic plans. They will also manage an annual budget, supervise mission and strategic direction, and report on membership activities.

  • Manage membership recruitment programs within the assigned region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources for membership affairs.
  • Report on membership activities and status.
  • Implement strategies to promote profitability in the assigned region.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B business development and/or strategic account management.
  • Strong management skills and ability to develop client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with external forces and competitive landscape.
  • Superior account management skills.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is compulsory in Quebec, and a strong asset in other regions of Canada.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary between $95,000 and $115,000 based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive group benefit package.
