About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our sales and operations team at WORLD FOOD NETWORK INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing the overall performance of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 11-15 people to achieve sales and operational goals
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and facilities maintenance
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
    • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Marketing and Branding
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase brand awareness
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns
    • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
  • Human Resources and Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
    • Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the restaurant industry
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of sales growth and revenue increase
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment
