Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Esso Gas Station. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and coach staff to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the gas station, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services, and optimize in-store promotions.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
