Job Title: Associate Director, Quality and Compliance

Join Douglas College as an Associate Director, Quality and Compliance, and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our international student services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and College policies.
  • Collaborate with international student services teams to ensure effective delivery of services and high-quality student experiences.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on quality and compliance matters, including training and development programs.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and College policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance and compliance in a higher education setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality and compliance issues.
  • Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor (RISIA) and/or Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC) certification preferred.
