Job Title: Work at Home Contact Center Agent

About the Role:

MCI is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Work at Home Contact Center Agents. As a Work at Home Contact Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
