Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve guests with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Create and serve our signature margaritas, specialty cocktails, and pour our selection of wine and beer.
  • Prepare and clean the bar area, including making our signature margarita mix, changing kegs, and preparing garnishes for service.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of drinks to guests.
  • Assist with managing the audio-visual equipment, including music, lighting, and TV programming.

Requirements

  • Smart Serve certification is a must.
  • Ability to remain physically active and busy throughout your shift.
  • Lift items up to 30lbs.
  • Previous bartending experience is an asset, but not required.
