We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Artisan to lead our bartending team in providing exceptional service and mixology expertise. As a key member of our Accor Hotel team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our beverage program.

Job Description

As a Beverage Artisan Head Bartender, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the bartending team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Mixing drinks and participating in inventory control measures
  • Assisting guests with beverage menu items and offering professional friendly and engaging service
  • Participating in the creation of new drinks and sales strategies
  • Training new colleagues and ongoing training of all colleagues
  • Managing billing according to procedures and responsible for carrying petty cash

You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that our beverage program aligns with hotel standards and objectives. Your excellent knowledge of alcohol mixology and liquor, combined with your experience crafting custom cocktail lists, will enable you to create innovative beverage offerings that drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Head Bartender in a cocktail lounge or bar, with a strong background in mixology and liquor. You will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge further through training and development programs, as well as active participation in local and international mixology contests.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Head Bartender in a cocktail lounge or bar
  • Excellent knowledge of alcohol mixology and liquor
  • Experience crafting custom cocktail lists
  • Previous point of sale system experience
  • Smart Serve Certification required
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
