We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team in Kanata. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Overview:The Financial Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of our accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and manage financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
- Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
