Job Description

We are looking for a senior transformation professional with in-depth experience in defining, structuring, and mobilizing large-scale, complex IT infrastructure initiatives. As a Senior IT Transformation Program Manager, you will be responsible for translating business needs into well-structured, integrated Tech Infrastructure (TI) Change-The-Bank programs that can be delivered and assured 'end-to-end' to our lines of business.

You will collaborate with TI Architecture, Engineering Towers, Service, and Business teams to define initiative definition, upfront requirements/CX capture, and business analysis. Additionally, you will help build, customize, and apply delivery methodologies and playbooks to effectively structure initiatives.

Your expertise will drive partnership and customer focus with our business stakeholders, ensuring resulting programs have appropriate governance and controls in place. You will also ensure that programs are executed efficiently, using standard methodologies, frameworks/playbooks, estimation, and modeling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define initiative definition, upfront requirements/CX capture, and business analysis.
  • Build, customize, and apply delivery methodologies and playbooks.
  • Drive partnership and customer focus with business stakeholders.
  • Ensure programs have appropriate governance and controls in place.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need advanced knowledge of change, constraint, dependency, issue, and risk management. You should also have expert knowledge of program plan development & management, scheduling methodology, critical path management, waterfall and iterative methodologies, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting.

A high degree of organizational and outcome-focused self-starting skills is required, as well as the ability to lead and motivate technically diverse teams across time zones. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver results-driven solutions that meet business objectives.

You must be able to analyze problems, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely is essential, as is your capacity to think critically and make informed decisions.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $145,000 - $165,000 CAD, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
