Senior Transformation Professional

At Royal Bank of Canada, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Transformation Professional to join our Business-Aligned Services organization. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in defining, structuring, and mobilizing large-scale, complex IT Infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Define: initiative definition, upfront requirements/CX capture and business analysis.
- Collaborate with TI Architecture, Engineering Towers, Service and Business teams to drive partnership and customer focus with our business stakeholders.
- Ensure resulting programs have appropriate and high-quality governance and controls in place.
- Lead and motivate technically diverse, globally distributed teams across time-zones.
- Advanced knowledge of change, constraint, dependency, issue and risk management.
- Expert knowledge of program plan development & management, scheduling methodology, critical path management, waterfall and iterative methodologies.
- Highly organized and outcome-focused self-starter.
