At ONTARIO INC, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team. Your duties will include recording and preparing minutes of meetings, scheduling appointments, and answering telephone calls and messages. You will also be responsible for overseeing the analysis of employee data and information, compiling data and statistics, and preparing reports. Additionally, you will advise senior management and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and messages
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Prepare reports
  • Advise senior management
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Organized and accurate with a strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word
  • Knowledge of business terminology
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
