Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate

Join CAT inc, a premier trucking company, as a Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate. This role is part of our Finance team, responsible for providing financial expertise to support the growth and success of our Real Estate division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Finance Director to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and accounts receivable and payable reconciliation.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the financial data necessary for the group's real estate portfolio, including consolidation of companies' financial results and USD revaluation calculations.
  • Coordinate activities with external auditors and ensure the establishment, monitoring, and compliance of regulatory reports with government authorities.
  • Participate in the implementation of a building management system and ensure the application of governance rules regarding the protection and integrity of company data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Accounting title (CPA).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • English (spoken and written).
  • French (spoken and written).
