  • Oversee the general ledger and subledgers (AP/AR) through the month-end process and balancing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and analyze the consolidated financial statements to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Drive month-end and year-end close processes with meticulous attention to detail while coordinating with external auditors.
  • Develop and maintain analysis and key indicators of the business financial performance.
  • Actively participate in the financial planning, budget, and analysis process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows, improve efficiency, and internal controls.
  • Ensure regulatory reports with government authorities are done and submitted on a timely basis.
  • Obtain and collect data to maintain up-to-date accounting systems and financial transactions as required.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or better.
  • CPA is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a full-cycle role.
  • Bilingual (FR-Eng) (Strong English required).
  • Experience with an ERP (NetSuite, Xero, Dynamics, etc.).
  • Great team player able to be very hands-on when needed.

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the general ledger and subledgers, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and driving month-end and year-end close processes.
