Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate

Join CAT inc, a premier trucking company, as a Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate. This role plays a key part in helping improve processes and monthly accounting activities in the Real Estate department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Finance Director on general accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and internal control.
  • Collect and reconcile financial data for the real estate portfolio.
  • Consolidate companies' financial results for internal review.
  • Manage new acquisitions and/or dispositions of buildings, including obtaining legal information and updating the rent roll.
  • Participate in the implementation of a building management system and ensure the application of governance rules regarding data protection.
  • Develop tools and processes for analyzing the profitability of each building owned.
  • Recommend improvements related to company IT systems and develop dashboards and financial indicators for managers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Accounting title (CPA).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • English and French language proficiency.
