U need a Pita is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
