Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at 10108090 Canada Ltd. as a key member of our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
