Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Arts Specialist to join our team at KURRY'S HOUSE & GRILL. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional service to our customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a culinary setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and create specialized dishes tailored for customers with specific dietary needs.
  • Conduct inspections to maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food service areas.
  • Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff regarding food preparation and safety protocols.
  • Oversee inventory management, order necessary supplies, and supervise daily kitchen operations.
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for new kitchen personnel.
  • Ensure that all kitchen and work areas are consistently clean and organized.
Work Environment
  • Required Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime and manage repetitive tasks effectively.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a client-focused approach.
